1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Times

We ship to Saudi Arabia and other supported regions.

Estimated delivery times:

Destination Estimated Delivery
Saudi Arabia 7–14 business days
GCC Countries 7–15 business days
International 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.
Any additional import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (when available).
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after the package is shipped.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we cannot refund or reship the order until the package is returned to us.

Please double-check your address before completing your order.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs procedures

  • Local courier issues

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier, we cannot issue refunds.

7. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import taxes.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.

8. Order Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within the maximum delivery window:

  • Saudi Arabia: After 30 days

  • International: After 40 days
